SYSTEMS INTEGRATION · AUTOMATION · PRACTICAL AI

Connect systems.Automate processes.Apply AI where it creates real business value.

Cutting Edge Labs is a technology partner for companies facing integration friction. We turn disconnected systems, manual work, and unclear AI opportunities into practical architectures, working workflows, and maintainable technology.

CREDIBILITY

Cutting Edge Labs Limited

Systems integration, process automation, practical AI implementation, and architecture-led delivery.

Technologies

OpenAI · n8n · Salesforce · Shopify · Node.js · TypeScript · Python · FastAPI · Docker · Linux

Tools are selected for fit, not forced onto the problem.

Engagement model

Clarify the workflow, agree the smallest practical delivery path, then hand over with clear ownership and next steps.

When the business works around its systems, the systems are the problem.

Data sits in different places. Teams repeat manual steps. Integrations are fragile or missing. AI sounds promising, but the path from idea to a working process is unclear.

The first job is not to add another tool. It is to understand the workflow, clarify ownership, and design the right connection between systems, people, and decisions.

CAPABILITIES

Where We Make a Difference

01

Systems integration

Connect the systems and data flows your operation depends on, so information moves reliably and teams stop rebuilding the same work by hand.

02

Process automation

Remove repeatable manual steps where automation reduces complexity, improves visibility, and leaves responsibility clear.

03

Practical AI implementation

Apply AI where it supports a real business decision or workflow, with a clear implementation path and human oversight where it matters.

04

Architecture and delivery

Turn an unclear problem into a practical architecture, a focused prototype or implementation plan, and a maintainable next step.

SELECTED DELIVERY EXAMPLES

Two examples of practical technology delivery

Internal knowledge assistant in Slack

Problem: Company knowledge was spread across wikis, repositories, and shared folders, making answers hard to find in daily work.

What changed: Designed and built the first working Slack-based RAG prototype, with a Python API and MongoDB vector store.

Observable result: It validated the feasibility and value of an in-Slack assistant; the company later took the system forward toward production.

eCommerce operations integration

Problem: A cosmetics business needed online orders to work reliably across new B2C stores, ERP, CRM, fulfilment, and product data.

What changed: Designed and implemented a middleware integration connecting eCommerce channels, ERP, Salesforce CRM, PIM, shipping, and returns workflows.

Observable result: Orders, inventory, customer data, and shipping status became synchronised, while repeatable operational jobs replaced manual steps. The integration remains central to the company’s eCommerce operations.

ENGAGEMENT MODEL

Review → Scoped delivery → Handover

01

Review

Map the business problem, current workflow, system boundaries, data, owners, and the result that would justify change.

02

Scoped delivery

Agree the smallest practical delivery path: the outcome, scope, architecture, ownership, and what a useful handover requires.

03

Handover

Build, integrate, automate, or supervise the implementation, then hand over with clear ownership, documentation, and next steps.

A good fit starts with a real operational problem

Good fit: systems that need to work together, manual processes slowing the business, or an AI opportunity with a clear purpose, owner, and implementation path.

Not the right fit: technology chosen for its own sake, black-box automation without oversight, or delivery without clear ownership and data boundaries.

START WITH THE PROBLEM

Start with the system or workflow that is costing you the most

Send a short outline of the workflow, the business owner, what is breaking or slowing down, and the systems or data involved. The first conversation is a brief review to decide whether a practical delivery path exists.
